Influential Factors of Network Changes: Dynamic Network Ties and Sustainable Startup Embeddedness

This research investigated influential factors on changes in networks of startups through a qualitative exploratory case study approach. Based interviews with founders Germany and selected stakeholders entrepreneurial combined network mapping approach, we developed framework changes. In essence, this categorizes into sustainable resource acquisition, knowledge skill interpersonal factors, interorganizational factors. Overall, our contributes to better understanding that impact by providing construct potential for theoretical standardization. addition, offers important managerial implications.
